Organized and expert introduction to olive harvesting to obtain extra virgin quality olive oil, with video
presentation and snack (optional).
- welcome on the terrace of the hotel „Kanajt“ (free parking for buses, cars)
- aperitif (fig brandy)
- short film about olive processing (approx. 6 min.)
- a guided walk through the olive groves near the hotel with an introduction to the local varieties of olives and the harvesting method
- olive oil tasting
- the possibility of buying olive oil
