The Šufit a cappella group has achieved success in solo performances, in collaboration with other a cappella groups, pop artists and at other music festivals (Dalmatian Poetry Evenings in Kaštela, Dalmatian Chanson Festival in Šibenik, Melodies of the Croatian South in Opuzen). Over the years, a total of twenty singers have sung or are still singing in Šufit. Since 2003, the a cappella group has been operating in the same composition as it is today, and as a refresher, Vinko Didović took over as the leader of the a cappella group in 2014.

Formed in the school cappella group, singing songs from the cappella groups of our grandfathers, the a cappella group has risen to the very top, to the cappella group of Dalmatian a cappella songs.

In 2014, this klapa released the album ‘Ne diraj moju ljubav’, whose title song has over 40,000,000 views on YouTube, and in 2018, ‘Oprosti dušo’, for which they won the Porin Award in the category of best pop-folk music album.

In 2020, they released the duet “Za cili život” with Tanja Žagar, which exceeded 3 million views on YouTube, and was followed by the single “Mirno ti more”, which is the fruit of a long-standing friendship with Vojan Koceić. They celebrated their first 30 years of work in 2023 at Zagreb’s Lisinski, Split’s Peristil and Ljubljana’s Cankarjev dom, and prepared a new single “Ljubav je znala” with hitmaker Vinko Barčot.
