}\n}\n<\/style>\n\n<div class=\"nautika-page\">\n\n  <section class=\"nautika-hero\">\n    <h2>Nautics, berths, marinas and boat hire<\/h2>\n\n    <p>Within the moorings and ship berths, small boats and other vessels is the Punat Marina, one of the most famous and luxurious marinas on the Adriatic.<\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"nautika-highlight\">\n      <p>It is the oldest marina in Croatia, founded in 1964. It is situated in a protected bay, particularly well sheltered from the wind.<\/p>\n      <p>The marina has 800 quality berths situated on 11 waterfronts for boats of up to 45 metres in length and offers boat repairs and all other services, as well as different additional facilities. About 100 vessels of up to 20 metres in length can be berthed on land, and the dry marina has a 400-vessel capacity for boats of up to 10 metres.<\/p>\n      <p>24-hour boat surveillance is carried out in the Punat Marina. Every berth has water and electricity connection, as well as WLAN.<\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <p>The restaurant is situated in the centre of the marina, with a pizzeria and buffet close to the main reception, and an internet point can also be found here.<\/p>\n    <p>The marina has been awarded a number of important certifications and has many times been pronounced the best Croatian marina, as it was in 2008 too.<\/p>\n    <p>It has also successively been a winner of the Blue Flag since 1998.<\/p>\n    <p>In almost every island village, tourist berths are offered, as well as the possibility One of the few places you can see large Date mussels.<\/li><li data-uw-styling-context=\"true\"><strong data-uw-styling-context=\"true\">Pli\u0107 Tenki<\/strong>\u00a0\u2013the same name again, as TENKO in the island&#8217;s dialect means SLIM or in this case SHALLOW, meaning that there is shallow water here whose top begins three metres below the sea surface. In recent years, Pli\u0107 Tenki has becomea favourite diving location particularly as it offers diversity with every move of your flippers and a variety of flora and fauna from the top to its deepest point around 40 metres below. If you drive a boat through the Vinodol channel, along the north-eastern coast of the island of Krk towards the famous historical and tourist village of Vrbnik, you find yourself in front of cape Glavina and the Kamanjak cliff in the Sr\u0161\u010dica bay, you will notice winding rocky &#8220;Groma\u010de&#8221; (huge walls). Our hectic lives and everyday stress make us appreciate active holidays more and more, cycling included. In addition to enriching the offer of recreational activities on Krk, cycling allows us to extend the tourist season.<\/p><p>To this end, we organise various events on Krk, among which <strong>Krk Bike Story<\/strong> \u2013 an event that offers a unique experience of the island through outdoor activities.<\/p><p>During three themed weekends in June, visitors can join guided cycling tours and feel an authentic outdoor adventure while discovering hidden historical sites and beautiful romantic views.<\/p><p>It is a completely new cycling experience for everyone: experienced riders and adrenaline seekers, active couples eager to discover the romantic side of the island of Krk and families keen on interactive experiences on two wheels.<\/p><p>In addition to Krk Bike Story, <strong>Krk Food Story &amp; e-bike <\/strong>is another interesting programme that blends active holidays with gastronomy. Numerous restaurants, which can be easily reached by electric bicycles, participate in the programme.<\/p><p>The island of Krk has been developing sustainable and responsible tourism. It puts great emphasis on environmentally friendly tourism which is extremely important in branding the island as an eco-destination.<\/p><p>Around 80 electric bicycles are available for use throughout the island, and bike rental stations have been set up in the town of Krk and all Krk municipalities. The e-bike rental system is networked so you can rent an e-bicycle at one location and return it at another. This way, all municipalities and the town of Krk are connected into a single e-bike network.<\/p><p>Apart from stretching along the coastline, i.e. the promenade we call <em>lungomare<\/em>, bike trails also pass along the busy roads of the island\u2019s interior.<\/p><p>There is a bike trail along the reconstructed road from Krk to Malinska, separated by greenery. It stretches along the section from the turnoff for Valbiska to the entrance to the town of Krk.<\/p><p data-uw-styling-context=\"true\"><strong and mostly intersect the beautiful island interior.<\/p><p>The difficult hiking trails are intended only for active hikers, who will appreciate the untouched nature and numerous lookouts.<\/p><p>The island of Krk boasts 500 kilometres of marked walking and hiking trails, which are turning into a new tourist attraction. They are especially alluring in spring and autumn when walking and hiking enthusiasts can experience the best of nature.<\/p><p>Hiking trails also stretch throughout the interior of the island, far from the busy roads and provide insight into cultural, historical, ethnographic and other island attractions. In addition to recreation, nature lovers are thus able to get to know the island\u2019s history, culture and flora &amp; fauna.<\/p><p>If you are a hiker, attracted by mountain peaks, be sure to head to Veli vrh (541 m) and the highest peak of the island \u2013 Obzova (568 m), which you can reach by marked trails from Punta and Draga Ba\u0161\u0107anska. When you reach the top, enjoy the peace, tranquillity and unforgettable views.<\/p><p>Following the 200-metre long Glagolitic Path, from Gabonjin (near Dobrinj) to the Church of St. Peter, and the Ba\u0161ka Glagolitic Trail, you will relax and enrich your knowledge of the Glagolitic alphabet.<\/p><p>The 20-km long mountaineering bypass \u201cPaths of Dobrinj\u0161tina\u201d with its eight checkpoints is definitely worth a visit.
